  Speaking of incompetence! Oh boy! I sent my Kenyan passport nearly a year ago for renewal and i am still waiting. I wish i could give it '0' star. Wake up people we are in Australia and stop blaming the guys on the other end. Get off your backsides and do your part. Very frustrating!

  I am a Kenyan citizen living in Australia. I applied for a copy of my birth certificate attaching all documents and paid all the fees in November 2013. I have followed up these documents with this embassy and its now almost a year later and they still say that there is a delay from the Kenyan side! well, that is not my problem. Can someone simply do their job and stop frustrating us on simple issues? And as per what Michael said, they are more interested in posting facebook pictures.

  Very useless and unprofessional office I have ever come across. Imagine calling the office on 20th Jan and getting a voicemail recording saying they are closed for Christmas holidays!!
