  Granted they never responded to my email nor answered the phone in English but they did provide a very fast seven day turnaround for our Visa's. Something unique was they sent SMS's to confirm receipt & dispatch of our Passports. I have not encountered this reassuring confirmation before with the nine other Visa's we have got from Embassies here in Australia.. Just follow the clear instructions on their website, ask your Travel agent in Iran to get you the Visa approval code from the Ministry in Tehran and it is smooth sailing.. Very Happy.. Thank you !

  They answer your questions via emails quicker than you expected. They are also so respectful and try to help customers face to face or via emails.

  I needed my passport to be renewed. I called them from Sydney on a day they normally don't take passport applications, the accepted, I prepared all documentation and flied in and went to the embassy, they renewed passport in 20 minutes, and flied back to Sydney. PASSPORT RENEWAL SAME DAY! you are amazing! This was actually 2 years ago.

  Iran embassy unfortunately have the worse service ever ,not contactable at all and not repecting people right , be careful don't send your passport , they would not return it back .
